Through out the consultation process we will talk with your staff and help to have input to make the process run smoothly. It might be that with our support we can find away to keep them as part of your team. If not we will do as much work with them as we can to make them ready to return to the employment as quickly as possible.
Our support with your staff does not end with their employment with you. In even our most basic package will give you employees access to our online support for 12 months after. If they choose to they can upgrade our support to include life coaching and more personal support.
